Spectrobes Review
Spectrobes, one of the most fairly decent Disney games ever created for the DS handheld, having a unique way of obtaining beasts of hidden planets; the game displays a variety of unique features.
Story
Spectrobes starts off with you playing as the main character; Rallen. You and Jeena, a Planetary Patrol officer, discover debris of an escape capsule consisted of an old man named Aldous. Aldous will then convey a parable of what had happened to his home planet which had been destroyed by the "Krawl". As a Planetary Patrol officer , you, Jenna, and Aldous set out on a mission to salvage Naniaro from the Krawl.
Gameplay
Spectrobes, one of the first Disney games that havent been originated from a T.V show from the network has paraded as a new, unique style game of its time. The game allows you as the main character to scout monsters by digging them out from terrain, lava, mud, and all sorts of elements consisted throughout each planet. The game has a total of seven planets all of which consist of a series of events that happen in each one leading to the last planet which comprises of the final battle. The most favorable feature in Spectrobes is in fact the Wi-Fi compatibility which comprise of a download section and an upload section. The download section allows players to use downloader points to obtain special Spectrobes as well as custom parts, and minerals. The uploading section allows players to upload their sequence battle scores. As you play through the game you begin to obtain fossils. Fossils are obtained by using a variety of tools within your inventory to carefully extract the fossil from certain types of terrain which is a very unique feature within the game especially when using your stylus.
Appearance
The main character that you play as is pixel like ( a little TOO pixel like). While in conversations with other characters within the game, it shows emotion as well as action with good display art which is a very good par to of the game, set aside the pixel characters, terrain and such.
