Animal Crossing Wild World Review

Animal Crossing wild world is a new edition to the DS handheld that brings both enjoyment and something to do throughout the day for all gamers. The game starts out with a cat that thinks he knows who you are (this happens within every animal crossing game), you state your name and then he decides to ask you what your town is named, so you name your town and that's how you begin the game. Soon after all of the questioning from an odd cat, you are taken to your city. Seeing that your house is about 4 inches bigger than you are, you are taken in on a hidious excuse for a house; Know what to do? You earn some Money. You start off at a job at "Nooks" which is owned by Tom nooks who wants you to do some erands for him so that you can earn money after advancing through each erand. The games controls are quit basic, you a, b, x, y serve as shaking trees, talking, opening doors, picking up items, and basic yes or no questions; for mobility you may use your stylus to navigate through the area which is a prety cool aspect of the game.

As you proceed on through the game you can gain access to aquiring more rooms in your house, as welll as furniture, a display items. You may also save money througout your gameplay so that you may gain more money after you have withdrawed it. The game also has a mayor who conducts events at your town/city, there are bugcatching contests and fishing contests which are very fun competitions. You may carry different kinds of stuff in your inventory ranging from clothe's to food and bugs. The greatest thing in the game in my opinion is being able to design emblems on your clothes at the Able sisters store. The game does actually have wifi compalibility and does allow you to put in freind codes so that you may view the other players town and chat with them at the same time, this feature is also in a wireless form as well. The buildings in the game are made well actually, and the unique part is that if you run around your town in the game it seems as if you are on a globe and as you navigate the town looks circular and kind of awkward.

Another unique feature that I love in the game is the fact that villagers in your town have a choice of whether or not to stay in your town or not, and whats quite wierd is that if you have played with a friend via wifi in the game, there is a chance that your villager who had previously left you has now went to your friends town starting a new life there and as you visit them they recognize you and say that they "miss" your town which is highly likley, and this can effect your freinds villagers as well, so they may have the option to leave and go into your friends town as well. Another quite notable feature in the game is that your villagers have emotion, and feelings towards you and other villagers, they may be kind, naive, crazy, technical, creative, and mean all these accomadate whether or not they love the city, interact with others and you, or just leave the city. So be careful of your text choices (I.e yes/no/ok/ I love that color!/ etc...) this effects whether or not your character appreciates what your saying or thinks that your just an idiot :p. *another thing is that if you push your villagers around (literally) they will get angry.*

Yet another new feature that I haven't mentioned! The game keeps track of how long you've been on and this effects your villagers; how, you ask? Well if you don't play the game for months (let's say months..) your villagers will tell you, that they miss you and the amount of time you've been gone *so don't be absent, or just don't buy the game if your not into real-time games :P*
